Qworky designers worked to create a comprehensive curriculum for oil field operators at Baker Hughes.
The organization needed a consistent program for its operators across geographic locations. Their goal was to teach operators how to become professional drivers while acknowledging driving only accounted for a portion of their job roles.
Qworky designers spent a week in the field getting to know the target audience and the job demands. Under a tight timeline, a comprehensive curriculum was developed and executed on that included over 15 custom videos covering professional driving, fitness for duty, and safety at the wellsite for North American operations. Pleased with the outcome, Baker Hughes began building the program in several languages for global implementation.
This team brought a level of creativity you don’t normally see to our leadership project, the Future Leaders Forum. The program exceeded my expectations as a program manager and received excellent reviews from the field.
