Qworky designers created content and designs for an on-going monthly campaign focusing on several technical topics (i.e. preventing line of fire accidents, fall protection, confined spaces, etc) as well as safety soft skills (i.e. communication, teamwork, personal responsibility, hazard recognition, etc).
Qworky designers created a treatment, designed an in-studio set, and produced monthly videos which taught critical skills related to recognizing and handling job related hazards. Videos were facilitated during monthly safety meetings by a company supervisor and aided by step-by-step facilitation guides including questions and activities for a more engaging group meeting.
The learning outcomes presented in the monthly meeting were then built upon with additional communication tools and hands-on activities. Communication tools included posters related to the topic and employee job aids. Activities included, What’s Wrong with This Picture activity cards, and one-on-one supervisor coaching cards.
