Waste collection is one of the 10 deadliest jobs in the country. We helped Republic Services address inherent dangers by identifying the top six causes of ‘life-changing” events, and crafting a monthly video-based safety campaign target those events, focusing on one each month. The campaign included a short video based micro-instructor led learning event followed by one-on-one coaching later in the month, facilitation materials, visual reminders in the form of posters and cartoons/memes.

Over the last 10 years, this program has evolved to deliver targeted learning not only to front line employees but also to include a targeted campaign for supervisors and managers. These deliverables include podcasts and eLearning modules focused on topics related to safety leadership.

Qworky handles the entire program from determining content, directing, producing and post-production. We also take care of printing thousands of posters and coaching cards each quarter, packaging them and shipping to each of their 660 different divisions across the United States.
