FOCUS on Fleet Safety
Delivering proven, practical safety solutions for fleets of all sizes. The FOCUS program is a blended learning experience complete with hands-on activities, surveys, and follow-up action planning to promote individual reinforcement and social learning with peers.

Description: The FOCUS on Fleet Safety program incorporates best practices from the most well-resourced fleets and leading road safety technology companies. Designed by experts in the industry, we meet each of these fleets where they are in their safety culture evolution.
The program establishes benchmarks indicating areas of opportunity, provides access to a fleet safety curriculum centered on best practices, and supports fleets with the adoption of best practices through executive coaching and access to toolkits and templates. The curriculum employs a dynamic problem-solving approach that integrates learning with practical exercises, enabling learners to apply their acquired knowledge effectively.

In-Cab Technology + Coaching
The Need: Strengthen buy-in and consistent implementation of in-cab safety technology across fleet operations.
The Outcome: Designed to highlight the benefits of in-cab technology, the program helped fleet leaders understand their role in program adoption and implementation, plus gain a deeper understanding of their role as a coach utilizing the SAFE coaching model to guide conversations. As a result, coaching effectiveness scores improved over time.

Description: Through a comprehensive current-state analysis, we examined existing training programs, communication strategies, coaching practices, technology adoption, driver perceptions, and organizational policies to identify opportunities for improved engagement and long-term program success. Leveraging expertise in safety culture, behavioral change, and transportation operations, Qworky delivered actionable recommendations to support effective technology adoption, increase driver buy-in, and enhance coaching effectiveness. The initiative helped establish a foundation for using in-cab technology not simply as a monitoring tool, but as a catalyst for safer driving behaviors, stronger leadership communication, and reduced collision risk across the organization.
